I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The room was simply amazing, with a stylish interior equipped with a very comfortable king-size bed, complimentary mini-bar, rain shower, flat-screen TV, Nespresso machine, and a desk. However, the room was a bit run down and could definitely do with a renovation. The service was top-notch and the staff were so helpful, providing great information to help us tour the Christmas markets. The location was excellent, being very close to the real center and Avenue Louise. The dining options were good, although a bit pricey. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.
